I don't blog, but I can if you like!
Hello everyone, and welcome. This is my first day of sharing my thoughts through an actual blog since (re)starting WW 5 weeks ago! I looked in the mirror on September 26, 2011, and saw my 260.2 pound body for what it truly is, which is unhealthy, uncomfortable, and embarrassing. I walked into WW that day for a fresh start to my most committed attempt at this program to date, and have lost 14.4 pounds now. :) I kissed goodbye the 260's and 250's forever, and it was such a sweet departure. I plan on posting monthly photo updates to the body I'm creating for myself, but first let me catch you all up to today, starting at the beginning of my journey.
